St. Michael's Eye & Laser Institute is seeking a motivated Comprehensive Ophthalmologist to join our expanding physician-owned practice in beautiful Largo/Clearwater, Florida.
For more than six decades, our practice has provided exceptional ophthalmic care throughout the Tampa Bay area. We are committed to combining advanced technology with compassionate, patient-centered care while continuing to invest in our physicians, our facilities, and the future growth of the practice.

Qualifications
- MD or DO
- Board Eligible or Board Certified in Ophthalmology
- Florida medical license (or eligible)
- Excellent surgical and clinical skills
- Strong commitment to patient-centered care
- Interest in long-term practice growth
Compensation & Benefits
We offer a highly competitive compensation package designed to reward productivity, surgical excellence, and long-term commitment.
- First-year earning potential: $400,000–$700,000+
- Competitive guaranteed base salary
- Productivity-based incentive program with uncapped earning potential
